B. Paul Santos is Managing Partner of Wavemaker Partners and led the establishment of the venture capital firm’s Singapore-headquartered Southeast Asia office in 2012. Wavemaker Partners is Southeast Asia’s go-to VC firm investing in early-stage enterprise, deep tech, and sustainability startups. Since 2012, it has backed 180+ companies, of which 160+ (85%) are in enterprise, deep tech and/or sustainability. The firm has over US$300 million in AUM across four funds in the region, and has seen more than 10 exits with an aggregate enterprise value of over US$700 million. These exits include TradeGecko’s acquisition by Intuit, and Moka’s and Coins.ph’s acquisitions by Gojek. Notable active portfolio companies include eFishery, Growsari, GudangAda, Silent Eight, Borneo, and Iterative Scopes. Today, 75% of Wavemaker’s active portfolio startups in Southeast Asia are aligned with at least one UNDP Sustainable Development Goal.

He also chairs the investment committee for Asian Development Bank (ADB) Ventures. Prior to starting Wavemaker Partners, Paul was an entrepreneur who co-founded six companies and sold three. He started his career as a product manager at Procter & Gamble. He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a B.S. in Management Engineering and a Joint Minor in International Management with the University of Antwerp.

Quentin is a venture builder with deep expertise in climatech, energy technology and business model innovation. He has built a successful corporate venture builder for ENGIE focused on climatech with partners like EDB, ESG and Standard Chartered Bank, at which he has built over 10 companies in Southeast Asia in areas such as solar, energy efficiency, cold chain, industrial processes and green finance. Prior to that he built ENGIE’s renewable hydrogen business and led the investment in large and small scale renewable energy infrastructure projects across South and Southeast Asia.
Steve is an entrepreneur who has built businesses in Asia and Europe. This includes most recently as co-founder of PropertyGuru Group, which he grew into a market leader in Southeast Asia, serving 37 million people monthly. He is a sustainability advocate, angel investor and mentor focused on climate and social impact in Asia.
Doug is a deep tech entrepreneur, having built and exited nuTonomy, one of the very few successful self-driving car companies. He is now 100% focused on investing in clean tech, including green energy, climate change and water and waste technologies.
Guillem is Principal at Wavemaker Impact, collaborating with experienced entrepreneurs and venture building teams to identify and develop significant, scalable opportunities in the climatech sector. Prior to joining Wavemaker Impact, Guillem was the CEO of HappyFresh Group, Southeast Asia’s leading food-focused last mile logistics and on-demand delivery company. Before that, Guillem held several roles in Lazada Group and Vodafone Global Enterprise.
Before unearthing her passion for sustainability, Yifei had a wide-ranging career in the public sector, including growing the startup ecosystem and tourism sector. As a wine enthusiast with a thirst for travel, she cares deeply about preserving and regenerating natural landscapes that sustain life.
Clement is a venture builder with a strong track record of growing new ventures. Prior to joining Wavemaker Impact, Clement helmed various product and growth teams at Carro and Snapask. Using his expertise in customer development, product development, and growth hacking, he hopes to create lasting impact for the world through venture building. In his free time, Clement enjoys spending time with stray cats and exploring the benefits of yoga for both mind and body.
As an experienced venture builder, Tauhid has co-founded several ventures in Indonesia in the space of circular economy. Prior to joining Wavemaker Impact, he led impact-focused venture builds at Enviu and held operational roles at Uber, OYO and Gojek. Tauhid also mentors startups in the early and scale-up stage, providing insights on all aspects of startup growth.
Sumira is a venture builder with experience in strategy development and early stage business building. During her stints in management consulting and digital media, she was the driving force behind the creation of a range of new SEA-based digital platforms, and is deeply passionate about using these skills to create the next generation of climatech unicorns.
Ben is a venture builder with experience in digitalization, industrial technologies, and sustainability spaces. Prior to joining Wavemaker, he was part of venture teams within the Singapore Economic Development Board and the World Economic Forum, building impactful businesses and startups. During his free time, Ben can be found trying to perfect his pasta-making skills and fixing vintage watches he bought on eBay.
Cheryl’s background lies in sustainability, entrepreneurship and digitalization. Prior to joining Wavemaker Impact, she worked closely with startups to expand into the Vietnamese market and actively participated in research projects focusing on energy, decarbonization, and wastewater treatment in urban farming. In her free time, she enjoys visiting cafes, going for pilates and exploring personal development topics.
Cassandra is involved in supporting the venture build process at Wavemaker Impact, from detailing science-based carbon calculations to innovating scalable business models. Prior to this, Cassandra was part of the ministerial affairs team at Temasek supporting strategic sustainable investments. A passionate environmentalist since young, Cassandra is also the founder of Singapore-based education NGO, Earth School. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with Double Minors in International Relations and Economics from the National University of Singapore (NUS), specialising in political ecology.
Ari is a venture builder with background in strategy development and early-stage business growth, complemented by his expertise in Bioenergy Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology. Prior to his role at Wavemaker Impact, he played a pivotal role in the Strategy Team at Pitik and provided strategic consulting services at Mercer Consulting, where he supported multiple companies in enhancing their business strategies.

Krezia is an executive assistant based in the Philippines. Prior to joining Wavemaker Impact, she was employed at a foreign diplomatic mission for several years providing administrative/secretarial support and a wide range of consular services to its citizens travelling or living in the Philippines. She is a graduate of the University of the Philippines where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
With over 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Mel has developed a robust skill set in administrative services, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. She excels in executive assistance, including writing and editing communications, drafting memos, and managing executive calendars. Her proficiency extends to maintaining meticulous records, handling accounting tasks, and supporting cross-functional teams through effective project management and coordination. Beyond her professional career, Mel has been a dedicated volunteer for Greenpeace for the past 2 years. She is also a passionate advocate for mental health through art, creating and teaching art as a way to promote emotional well-being and community engagement.

Eric is Co-founder and General Partner of Wavemaker Partners. He started his career in consulting at Arthur Andersen focusing on the retail sector. He then founded 2 companies which were both acquired – Interfoods acquired by La Reina and SiteStar acquired by Lynchburg.net. In 2003 he made the move into venture capital. Since then, he has made over 150 investments including 3 unicorns – Digital Globe (NYSE: DIGI), MindBody (NASDAQ: MB) and Viagogo. He has also led investments into StyleHaul (acquired by RTL), Phunware (IPO) and 17Hats.
Andy joined Wavemaker as a General Partner in 2022.
He is an angel investor, startup coach, and was a former global and regional leader at Facebook, Google, and Stripe. During his 10 years at Facebook, Andy helped the company launch in Asia and served as Managing Director for the SMB and mid-market advertising business, growing it to over 2 million customers and $6 billion in annual revenue.
Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Joel joined Wavemaker Partners in 2016. He is now one of Wavemaker’s Investment Principals, co-leading the firm’s Investment team.
Joel has a soft spot for deep tech opportunities that provide that 10x improvement over the status quo, and also focuses on the hardware opportunities for the firm. He is involved in sourcing, bringing investments through the entire deal process, and managing a segment of the portfolio.
Prior to joining Wavemaker, Joel worked under the M&A Advisory team of PwC Singapore and the Finance team of government-owned venture capital firm Infocomm Investments (now SG Innovate). Joel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Singapore Management University with a double degree in Business Management and Accountancy.
Prior to Wavemaker, Phuong was one of the founding members of Vietnam’s local VC VinaCapital Ventures, where she sourced, executed, and added value to Seed and Series A investments. She also worked as a project coordinator to develop a joint venture project between a Singaporean petrochemical firm and Vietnam’s largest refinery (Dung Quat).
Phuong has a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, General, from the University College London, U. of London.
She was one of the Forbes 30 Under 30 for Vietnam in 2022.
Michael heads Wavemaker’s US efforts through his extensive reach and knowledge of the US corporate and VC landscape. He will spend the majority of his time in supporting existing portfolio companies, engaging with current and new LPs and identifying potential investment opportunities. Michael’s professional career spans over fifteen years advising and working with technology and media companies in finance and strategy, operations and business development positions. He also co-founded a start-up addressing the inefficiencies of buying/leasing a new car. He started his career as a classically trained investment banker and has advised on over $1B in transactions across tech and media. Michael received his BS from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
John focuses on the sourcing and evaluation of deals across Southeast Asia. He has experience with startups across B2C (Grab & JD.id) & B2B (Horangi & Skuad) sectors across various industries within SEA; engaging in roles from analytics, strategic operations to growth. Prior to Wavemaker, John was the Head of Growth & Chief of Staff for a HR Tech company. John holds a double degree from the University of California, Berkeley and completed his Masters at Imperial College London
Junius is involved in sourcing and evaluation of deals, due diligence, and the preparation of investment proposal for the fund’s investment decisions. He focuses on Retail, Supply-chain and Fintech as well as the Indonesian market. Prior to Wavemaker, Junius was a consultant at EY Indonesia’s Strategy and Transaction where he did numerous M&A transactions and strategic advisories in various sectors, namely; digital economy, power & energy, infrastructure, retail, financial services, media, and real estate. Junius graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance).
Shannon is involved in the sourcing and evaluation of deals, due diligence, and the preparation of investment proposals for the fund’s investment decisions. Prior to Wavemaker, Shannon was part of the investment team at Tembusu Partners focusing on sectors across sustainability and impact, in areas such as climate action and inclusion. She also had a previous stint as an analyst with a local venture fund in Beijing, focusing on China’s health and wellness industries through the National University of Singapore (NUS) Overseas Colleges program. Shannon graduated from NUS with a Bachelor of Business with Honours (Highest Distinction), with a specialisation in Finance.
Bernie focuses on investments in Generative AI and the Philippine market. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has played a key role in deal sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and preparing investment proposals for the fund’s decision-making.
Before joining Wavemaker, Bernie honed his skills developing and managing data systems at a Rocket Internet startup and a well-known Philippine F&B brand. Despite being a Korean-American based in Singapore, he spent over a decade in the Philippines and pursued a BS in Management Engineering at Ateneo de Manila University.
In addition to Generative AI, Bernie also has a keen interest in Data Science, Machine Learning, Developer Tools, and Low Code-No Code solutions.

Kelvin is involved in the sourcing and evaluation of deals, due diligence, and the preparation of investment proposals for the fund’s investment decisions. Prior to Wavemaker, Kelvin had worked in the Consulting department at EY and was part of the Business Development team at Lifepal. Kelvin graduated with Honours from Nanyang Business School, with a major in Banking and Finance, and was given the NTU President Research Scholar award. During his time in university, Kelvin co-founded 180 Degrees Consulting NTU, a branch of the world’s largest consultancy for non-profits and social enterprises.
Vince is involved in the sourcing and evaluation of deals, due diligence, and the preparation of investment proposals for the fund’s investment decisions. For the firm, he focuses on deals in climate tech and the Philippine market. Prior to joining Wavemaker, Vince was running his own sustainability startup. He also interned for Unilever, where he helped launch a global brand in the Philippines; and in Jefferies-Regis Partners, where he did equity sales and research. He studied in Ateneo de Manila University, where he majored in Management Engineering and minored in Information Technology. He was also the President of the Ateneo MEA, a student organization that advocates for sustainable business.
Chris is involved in the sourcing and evaluation of deals, due diligence, and the preparation of investment proposals for the fund’s investment decisions.
Prior to Wavemaker, Chris was a Management Trainee at Generali Life Insurance, where he primarily engaged in business intelligence. He also has internship experience with startups in Vietnam, including VNG and Coderschool. At VNG, he served as a project manager for an internal optimization project, and at Coderschool, he helped in product development and go-to-market strategy.
Chris graduated with Honors from Fulbright University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Applied Mathematics.
Manuel oversees Wavemaker’s Portfolio Management Team (PMT) and Information Systems (IS). Prior to his current role, Manuel was Head of Research for the Firm. He was previously a Research Director for a regional IT Services advisory firm, where he led consulting projects for Fortune 500 clients and institutional bodies such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and the World Bank.
Prior, Manuel was a Research Manager for International Data Corporation (IDC), heading country operations in the Philippines. In this role, he was responsible for leading market research and consulting projects for regional and country ICT sectors. Manuel graduated with a Master’s degree in Information Sciences from the Universidad de Navarra (Spain) and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Asia & the Pacific (Philippines).
Camille manages a selection of portfolio companies under the Firm’s Portfolio Management Team (PMT). She provides cross-functional support across IR, Finance and Investment Teams. Camille also manages the Firm’s portfolio management platform.
Prior to Wavemaker, Camille was part of the External Reporting Team in Procter & Gamble International Operations where she was the Front Office Manager for the Pakistan market. In this role, she supported company stakeholders in P&G Pakistan, as well as the preparation and filing of financial statements.
Camille graduated Magna Cum Laude and Valedictorian from the De La Salle University (Philippines) holding a double degree in Applied Economics where she majored in Financial Economics and Legal Management.
Micah manages a selection of portfolio companies under the Firm’s Portfolio Management Team (PMT) and works closely with the Investment, Comms and IR Teams. Micah is also a co-administrator for Wavemaker’s Information Systems (IS).
Prior to Wavemaker, Micah was part of the Equity Research Team of CLSA. He provided investment recommendations to foreign and local clients as the analyst covering the port industry in the Philippines. He also had a stint in GCash as a Product Manager for the Wealth Management group. Micah graduated from Ateneo de Manila University (Philippines) where he majored in Management Engineering.
Ysabela is Wavemaker’s resident ESG Associate and looks after the development and integration of the Firm’s ESG Practice. As a member of the Portfolio Management Team, Ysabela typically liaises with the Investor Relations and Investment Teams to implement Wavemaker’s Environmental and Social Management Policies. Prior to this role, she drove strategic projects that centered on sustainability and social impact as a Special Projects Analyst for the Firm.
She was previously an intern for Disini Law and PwC Southeast Asia Consulting where she assisted in operations management and worked on future impact analyses of workforce transformation.
Ysabela is passionate about social impact and sustainability, which she developed as a volunteer for Children’s International Summer Villages (CISV) and her University’s student-led organization in aid of UNICEF. She completed an exchange term in France at IESEG School of Management, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from De La Salle University (Philippines) with a Major in Psychology and Minor in Economic Studies. Ysabela recently earned the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
Yanna handles a selection of companies for Wavemaker’s Portfolio Management Team. Joel joined Wavemaker Partners in 2016. He is now one of Wavemaker’s Investment Principals, co-leading the firm’s Investment team.
Joel has a soft spot for deep tech opportunities that provide that 10x improvement over the status quo, and also focuses on the hardware opportunities for the firm. He is involved in sourcing, bringing investments through the entire deal process, and managing a segment of the portfolio.

Since then, he has made over 150 investments including 3 unicorns – Digital Globe (NYSE: DIGI), MindBody (NASDAQ: MB) and Viagogo. He has also led investments into StyleHaul (acquired by RTL), Phunware (IPO) and 17Hats.
Prior to Wavemaker, Phuong was one of the founding members of Vietnam’s local VC VinaCapital Ventures, where she sourced, executed, and added value to Seed and Series A investments. She also worked as a project coordinator to develop a joint venture project between a Singaporean petrochemical firm and Vietnam’s largest refinery (Dung Quat).

He is an angel investor, startup coach, and was a former global and regional leader at Facebook, Google, and Stripe. During his 10 years at Facebook, Andy helped the company launch in Asia and served as Managing Director for the SMB and mid-market advertising business, growing it to over 2 million customers and $6 billion in annual revenue.
Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Michael heads Wavemaker’s US efforts through his extensive reach and knowledge of the US corporate and VC landscape. He will spend the majority of his time in supporting existing portfolio companies, engaging with current and new LPs and identifying potential investment opportunities. Michael’s professional career spans over fifteen years advising and working with technology and media companies in finance and strategy, operations and business development positions. He also co-founded a start-up addressing the inefficiencies of buying/leasing a new car. He started his career as a classically trained investment banker and has advised on over $1B in transactions across tech and media. Michael received his BS from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
John focuses on the sourcing and evaluation of deals across Southeast Asia. He has experience with startups across B2C (Grab & JD.id) & B2B (Horangi & Skuad) sectors across various industries within SEA; engaging in roles from analytics, strategic operations to growth. Prior to Wavemaker, John was the Head of Growth & Chief of Staff for a HR Tech company. John holds a double degree from the University of California, Berkeley and completed his Masters at Imperial College London
Steve is an entrepreneur who has built businesses in Asia and Europe. This includes most recently as co-founder of PropertyGuru Group, which he grew into a market leader in Southeast Asia, serving 37 million people monthly. He is a sustainability advocate, angel investor and mentor focused on climate and social impact in Asia.
Doug is a deep tech entrepreneur, having built and exited nuTonomy, one of the very few successful self-driving car companies. He is now 100% focused on investing in clean tech, including green energy, climate change and water and waste technologies.
Junius is involved in sourcing and evaluation of deals, due diligence, and the preparation of investment proposal for the fund’s investment decisions. He focuses on Retail, Supply-chain and Fintech as well as the Indonesian market. Prior to Wavemaker, Junius was a consultant at EY Indonesia’s Strategy and Transaction where he did numerous M&A transactions and strategic advisories in various sectors, namely; digital economy, power & energy, infrastructure, retail, financial services, media, and real estate. Bernie focuses on investments in Generative AI and the Philippine market. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has played a key role in deal sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and preparing investment proposals for the fund’s decision-making.
Before joining Wavemaker, Bernie honed his skills developing and managing data systems at a Rocket Internet startup and a well-known Philippine F&B brand. Kelvin graduated with Honours from Nanyang Business School, with a major in Banking and Finance, and was given the NTU President Research Scholar award. During his time in university, Kelvin co-founded 180 Degrees Consulting NTU, a branch of the world’s largest consultancy for non-profits and social enterprises.

He was previously a Research Director for a regional IT Services advisory firm, where he led consulting projects for Fortune 500 clients and institutional bodies such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and the World Bank.
Prior, Manuel was a Research Manager for International Data Corporation (IDC), heading country operations in the Philippines. In this role, he was responsible for leading market research and consulting projects for regional and country ICT sectors. Manuel graduated with a Master’s degree in Information Sciences from the Universidad de Navarra (Spain) and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Asia & the Pacific (Philippines).

Prior to Wavemaker, Camille was part of the External Reporting Team in Procter & Gamble International Operations where she was the Front Office Manager for the Pakistan market. Ysabela is Wavemaker’s resident ESG Associate and looks after the development and integration of the Firm’s ESG Practice. Sui Ling joined Wavemaker in 2017. Julianne graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics and a Minor in Finance.
Sam manages Wavemaker’s databases and systems under the Portfolio Management Team, creating automations and process improvements that enable seamless, cross-functional workflows across Investment, IR, and Comms Teams. Sam is on her last year in the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering. She is passionate about data, AI, and systems thinking that optimize and empower organizations.
Rachel leads strategic projects and supports the organisational development of Wavemaker. She also leads the Community and Platform team to help accelerate growth of portfolio companies.
Rachel has 15 years’ experience in HR and Talent Acquisition from Singapore, New Zealand, and Malaysia. During her four years at 90 Seconds from seed stage to Series B, she was the Head of Talent, hired as the 17th employee and helped grow the business to over 180 employees, spanning across Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, US, and UK. Partnering with the Founder/CEO and leading a team of eight, Rachel built the entire talent organization, including Talent Acquisition (engineering and non-engineering), Talent Management, and HR and Compliance.
Tiffany helps to build the teams at Wavemaker and its portfolio companies. She also helps to grow the community of founders and talent leaders to create value for their companies.
Before Wavemaker, Tiffany started her career in marketing roles at early stage tech companies. She then discovered a love for Talent and People, and was most recently a recruiter at Stripe. Previously, she led the Talent team at Entrepreneur First Singapore to find founders through sourcing and partnerships, and built the EF founder community.
Hannah obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Ateneo de Manila University, where she developed her passion for creating solutions and assessment tools that help organizations with screening and performance management, backed by psychology-driven principles. Prior to Wavemaker, Hannah was involved in various non-profit organizations, raising awareness on pressing social and environmental issues. Through her years of experience with the campus chapter of Habitat for Humanity, she was able to assess, analyze, and address core issues surrounding sustainable community development.
Charlie supports the internal and external events and initiatives at Wavemaker Partners. She facilitates community building between founders and stakeholders through events, programmes, and workshops, and plays a role in the planning and execution of small, mid, and large scale events in multiple markets (Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam).
Charlie first started working with small-producing creative artisans in Vietnam and Thailand under the supervision of ASEAN Foundation, where she sourced and maintained meaningful partnerships between the communities and businesses. She then did a short stint with the United Nations Global Compact Network in Singapore, organising sustainability-themed events such as the inaugural GCNS Youth Summit and Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards.
Outside of work, she enjoys camping outdoors, reading memoirs, and writing down her thoughts about anything under the sun.
Vasundhara is focusing on building relationships with investors and corporates. She has 8 years of experience in investor relations and finance. Prior to joining Wavemaker, Vasundhara was an Investor Relations Manager at PayPal in San Francisco. She started her career with Morgan Stanley where she spent 6 years between London and New York. Vasundhara holds a Masters in Management from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelors in Economics from the Delhi University.
Gary is involved in supporting and building relationships with institutional and accredited investors at Wavemaker Partners. Prior to joining Wavemaker Partners, Gary was an analyst in GLP’s Global Fund Management team and has helped supported global capital raising initiatives, and investor relations across the real estate and private equity fund management business.
Gary graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Singapore Management University and is currently undertaking his Master’s of Science in Real Estate from the University of Manchester.
Yasmin works closely with the Investor Relations team to ensure that fundraising, and other cross-functional projects run smoothly.
Prior to Wavemaker, Yasmin was part of the Quality Assurance Team at Procter & Gamble where she managed a team of 6 and supported operations in Asia, the Middle East, and Western Europe. She also worked briefly in Bain as a Case Team Assistant where she took part in strategy building for a startup.
Yasmin graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Economics.
Jum is passionate about crafting narratives and telling meaningful stories. Before joining Wavemaker, she spent 15 years as a journalist, reporting on business and technology in Southeast Asia. She was part of the founding team behind The Ken Southeast Asia, a leading subscription-driven media organization in the region. Previously, she was Managing Editor of Tech in Asia, a Y Combinator-backed media, events, and jobs platform, where she supervised a team of reporters regionally and co-led Editorial strategy. Other previous stints include writing and editing roles at media organizations Rappler and ABS-CBN Corporation in the Philippines.
Marella specializes in providing communications support for Wavemaker and its portfolio companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from President University, Indonesia, where she cultivated her passion for research and writing. This passion paved the way for her career as a writer at Forbes Indonesia, where she dedicated 4.5 years covering compelling profiles spanning from business to lifestyle. Eventually, she transitioned to join the team at Wavemaker.
Mac oversees Finance at Wavemaker. He has more than a decade of experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital, sell-side services and Audit. Prior to joining Wavemaker, Mac was a Finance Director of a US headquartered Private Equity firm managing the finance, risk & compliance and operation functions across Singapore, India, Hong Kong and India offices. Mac is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Master of Science (Finance) from University College Dublin and ACCA.
Chyn Chyi supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and liaising with external auditors and tax agents. Prior to Wavemaker, she worked as an account executive in Forevertrust, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Continental Hope Group which is one of the largest high-tech based diversified corporation in China. She has experience in setting up accounting systems and frameworks for a new entity in Vietnam. She also managed accounting matters for Hong Kong- and Indonesia-based subsidiary. In addition to that, she also participated in the acquisition project of an SGX-listed property company.
Dom supports the Finance Team at Wavemaker Partners.
Prior to joining Wavemaker, Dom accumulated over 9 years of experience at multinational financial institutions, specializing in various fund administration processes including Trade Capture, Reconciliations, Clearing & Settlements, and Investor Accounting. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of the Philippines and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where he received a Gold Medal Award.
Dom is also a part-time college instructor in his hometown in the Philippines, teaching Financial Management classes under the College of Business Administration.
Wendy supports the finance team at Wavemaker Partners. Prior to joining Wavemaker, she worked as a group accountant for one of Singapore’s leading SGX-listed IoT service providers. She has experience in financial reporting, handling audits and tax queries, budget planning, and forecasting. She has also participated in projects such as IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions. Wendy graduated from City, University of London with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Accounting and Finance.
Wenshan practiced as an intellectual property and tech lawyer for 5 years before making the shift in-house as a dedicated legal counsel. Across stints in Mediacorp, ZALORA, 90 Seconds and Circles.Life, he has encountered and helped to solve a wide variety of problems and legal issues for companies across various stages of growth.
James supports Wavemaker’s legal matters. Prior to joining Wavemaker, James began his legal career as a capital markets lawyer, advising on several successful IPOs. He then made the shift to in-house roles in Lazada Group and Wing Tai Asia, working on a wide range of legal issues and advising on key business projects.
Mandy is Executive Assistant at Wavemaker Partners. Prior to joining Wavemaker, she held various administrative and secretarial roles, directly supporting C-suite executives and senior management across industries, including professional services, FMCG, and hospitality. She was also a part-time lecturer preparing students for a variety of administrative and secretarial qualifications in a vocational education institution and the LCCI. She is an expert in shorthand, such as Pitman New Era and Pitman 2000.
Evelyn is an Executive Assistant at Wavemaker Partners, she also helps with managing Wavemaker events.
Prior to joining Wavemaker, Evelyn held several secretarial roles supporting Hospitality leaders having worked at CÉ LA VI Singapore, Fairmont Singapore and Swissotel The Stamford.

Prior to joining Wavemaker, she was HR and Administration manager for 3I Infotech where she managed the full spectrum of HR support for 400 employees in Singapore, Malaysia, India and Australia.
Harumi is the Office Manager at Wavemaker Partners, leveraging extensive experience in operations management and customer service across diverse hospitality markets in Peru, the US, Dubai, and Singapore. She holds a BA in Hospitality Management from San Ignacio de Loyola University and certifications in Digital Marketing and Media Communications.

Manuel oversees Wavemaker’s Portfolio Management Team (PMT) and Information Systems (IS). Prior to his current role, Manuel was Head of Research for the Firm. He was previously a Research Director for a regional IT Services advisory firm, where he led consulting projects for Fortune 500 clients and institutional bodies such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and the World Bank.
Prior, Manuel was a Research Manager for International Data Corporation (IDC), heading country operations in the Philippines. In this role, he was responsible for leading market research and consulting projects for regional and country ICT sectors. Manuel graduated with a Master’s degree in Information Sciences from the Universidad de Navarra (Spain) and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Asia & the Pacific (Philippines).
Camille manages a selection of portfolio companies under the Firm’s Portfolio Management Team (PMT). She provides cross-functional support across IR, Finance and Investment Teams. Camille also manages the Firm’s portfolio management platform.
Prior to Wavemaker, Camille was part of the External Reporting Team in Procter & Gamble International Operations where she was the Front Office Manager for the Pakistan market. In this role, she supported company stakeholders in P&G Pakistan, as well as the preparation and filing of financial statements.
Camille graduated Magna Cum Laude and Valedictorian from the De La Salle University (Philippines) holding a double degree in Applied Economics where she majored in Financial Economics and Legal Management.
Micah manages a selection of portfolio companies under the Firm’s Portfolio Management Team (PMT) and works closely with the Investment, Comms and IR Teams. Micah is also a co-administrator for Wavemaker’s Information Systems (IS).
Prior to Wavemaker, Micah was part of the Equity Research Team of CLSA. He provided investment recommendations to foreign and local clients as the analyst covering the port industry in the Philippines. He also had a stint in GCash as a Product Manager for the Wealth Management group. Micah graduated from Ateneo de Manila University (Philippines) where he majored in Management Engineering.
Ysabela is Wavemaker’s resident ESG Associate and looks after the development and integration of the Firm’s ESG Practice. As a member of the Portfolio Management Team, Ysabela typically liaises with the Investor Relations and Investment Teams to implement Wavemaker’s Environmental and Social Management Policies. Prior to this role, she drove strategic projects that centered on sustainability and social impact as a Special Projects Analyst for the Firm.
She was previously an intern for Disini Law and PwC Southeast Asia Consulting where she assisted in operations management and worked on future impact analyses of workforce transformation.
Ysabela is passionate about social impact and sustainability, which she developed as a volunteer for Children’s International Summer Villages (CISV) and her University’s student-led organization in aid of UNICEF. She completed an exchange term in France at IESEG School of Management, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from De La Salle University (Philippines) with a Major in Psychology and Minor in Economic Studies. Ysabela recently earned the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
Yanna handles a selection of companies for Wavemaker’s Portfolio Management Team. She also manages the Firm’s Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting platform, and is tasked to provide data analytics to support the IR and Communication Teams. Yanna also assists in the administration of the Firm’s portfolio management platform.
Prior to Wavemaker, she was an intern under the Privatization and Corporate Affairs Group of the Philippine government’s Department of Finance. She assisted in the oversight of government-owned and controlled corporations in the power and housing sectors, and supported the evaluation of public-private partnership deals in the transportation sector.
Yanna graduated Cum Laude from the Ateneo de Manila University (Philippines) with a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering.
